Lift Faculty Peer Mentoring Program

The UArizona College of Medicine – Phoenix Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs presents LIFT: Leading and Inspiring Faculty Trajectories. LIFT is a unique junior faculty mentoring program derived from evidence-based mentoring practices and literature, combining traditional senior mentorship with a peer group dynamic.

Career Development and Promotion Workshops

Amanda Hendricks, MAEd, director of Academic and Faculty Affairs, hosts promotion workshops via Zoom and at affiliate hospital sites, discussing “The Role of Professionalism and Professional Relationships in Refining Your Medicine Portfolio or Dossier.” These one-hour sessions include CME credit and cover seven objectives surrounding requesting letters, upholding high academic ethics, evidence of productivity and more.

The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians may claim one credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
